According to new data from Strategy Analytics, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus remained as the most popular phones on the market, managing to sell 16.9 million units with the iPhone 7, and 15.1 million with the iPhone 7 Plus worldwide during the April and June quarter. Despite being released in the third quarter of last year, the iPhone 7 has remained popular

To another manufacturer that has done quite well, went to Samsung, which managed to occupy the third and fourth place worldwide with the Galaxy S8 and S8 +, displacing other manufacturers such as Oppo and Xiaomi. The Galaxy S8 sold 10.2 million units, while the S8 + managed to move 9 million units in total.

Apple continues to hold the top positions worldwide, but it has been a good quarter for Samsung, since it has managed to displace Oppo and its own mid-range models (the J3 and J5 2016), with the S8 and S8 +, where the margins of Earnings for the brand are greater.
